About me
Ten years close to the numbers.
Mohammed Diea Eddine. Senior digital marketer in Doha, ten years across the Gulf and Europe.
I started in paid media and stayed close to the numbers: budgets, attribution, cost per result. Along the way the work became as much about measurement and automation as about buying — because a campaign is only as good as the signal it learns from.
I have run growth for fintech apps, luxury retail, SaaS and hospitality groups, in Arabic and English, across GCC and European markets. Since 2024 I work independently, on retainers and fixed-scope projects, and I write about what I learn.
Arabic is my first language and half my audience’s. Campaigns, flows and landing pages are designed for both scripts from the first draft, not translated at the end.

How I work
Measurement before media
The first two weeks of any engagement are spent making the numbers true. Spend starts after.
One report, both of us
You see what I see, weekly. Spend, verified conversions, cost per result — reconciled to your ledger.
Automate the middle
Reporting, QA, alerts and first drafts run on AI. Strategy, budget calls and client conversations do not.
