I led the architecture and specification of a student awards voting platform.
The requirements that shaped it: votes had to be verified, the awards ran across multiple categories, and voting moved through phases rather than one open window.
In the same role I drive the integration of an omnichannel customer communication platform, including planning the communication volumes it has to carry.
