What you pay, and when

On signature: 10,000 QAR (Foundation fee plus month 1)
Every month after: 5,000 QAR, in advance
Foundation fee: 5,000 QAR payable

"Start this package" pays the amount due on signature by card, and the monthly fee then renews every 30 days until you give notice.

Campaign management on the channels we agree
An agreed number of creatives or content pieces
Ongoing optimisation and budget management

Not included

Media spend: you pay the platforms directly, and I never mark it up
Influencer fees and production
Web development and third-party licences
Anything extra is agreed in writing and billed separately

Terms

Notice: When a term ends, the agreement carries on month to month. Either side can stop it with 30 days' written notice.
Prepayments: Payments made in advance are not refunded: they hold my time for your term. If you end a term early, a waived Foundation fee also becomes payable.
Invoices: Due within 7 days. Work starts once the first payment arrives, and can pause if an invoice is more than 14 days late.
Your side: One contact who can approve work. Access to accounts and assets within 5 working days. Feedback within 3 working days; after 5, silence counts as approval.
Ownership: Your ad accounts stay yours. Creative becomes yours once its month is paid; my templates and methods stay mine.
Confidentiality: Both sides keep the other's private information confidential for two years after the work ends.
Pausing: Once, for up to 30 days, by agreement. The term moves back by the same time, and paused months are not billed.
Ending early: Either side can end the agreement for a serious breach not put right within 14 days of written notice. I hand over access, assets and reports within 10 working days of the final payment.
Fees and law: Fees are fixed for your term, then change only with 30 days' notice. Qatari law applies.
