Growth you can audit.

I’m Diea, a growth hacker in Doha. I run paid media on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X, and I build what sits under it: server-side tracking, automations, AI workflows and software. Seven years across the GCC.

Here is how I would grow your business, in six short chapters. Start the story

Your ads are learning from the wrong customers.

Ad blockers, iOS privacy rules and declined consent stop part of your sales and leads from ever reaching Meta or Google. The algorithm then optimises on the customers it can see, not on the ones who paid. Raising the budget buys more of the wrong people.

What happenedWhat the platform saw

  3. generate_leadnothing consent declined
  4. purchasenothing iOS privacy

An illustration, not client data. Every row the platform misses is a customer it cannot learn from.

So I fix the measurement first.

Before a riyal is spent, I rebuild the tracking: server-side tagging through GTM, GA4, the Conversions API and consent mode, all on one event taxonomy, proven end to end. The panel here is your own visit, logged the way I log a client’s customers. Nothing leaves your browser.

For clients this runs server-side, deduplicated, with consent. How I set it up

How I set up measurement

Then I run the ads.

Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X, run against ROAS and cost-per-lead targets and optimised on conversions that reconcile to revenue. Reports come from the server-side data, not from what each platform says about itself.

Where the budgets run

  • Google Tag Manager

How I run paid media

And I build the rest.

Growth stalls on the work around the ads: follow-ups that never go out, reports built by hand, tools that do not talk to each other. So I build it: lifecycle flows, marketing automations, AI workflows, internal tools and websites. At QFBA I built an operations platform with single sign-on and a full admissions simulator. I built this site too.

Paid media

Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X campaigns run against ROAS and cost-per-lead targets, optimised on conversions that reconcile to revenue, not on what the browser happened to see.

How it works

Measurement and attribution

GA4, the Conversions API, consent mode and one event taxonomy, set up properly and proven end to end before a riyal is spent.

How it works

Lifecycle and automation

Segmented email and messaging flows and marketing automation, triggered by what customers actually do, running without a marketer touching them.

How it works

Social strategy and content

Instagram and TikTok strategy for food, retail and local brands: audience, competitors, aggregators, a media plan and a content plan with verified references.

How it works

Automation, AI and software

The builds behind growth: tracking pipelines, marketing automations, AI workflows, internal tools and websites. I built an operations platform with single sign-on and a full admissions simulator at QFBA, and I built this site. Priced per project.

Campaigns, measurement and internal tools from my roles at QFBA and GoViral. No numbers are shown unless they come from the client’s own reporting.

All work

Your move.

Paid media runs on one of three packages, and the rate card is one click away. Builds are quoted per project. Either way, it starts with a message.

Paid media. Three ways to commit.

Every package covers the same work: I build your tracking and plan in weeks 1–2, then run your paid media every month. Ad spend goes straight to the platforms; I never mark it up.

It is not for everyone. It works for ad budgets from 20,000 QAR a month, given at least three months to test, learn and scale. Below that, the setup costs more than it returns, and I would rather tell you now.

Paid-media rate card

5,000 QAR a month on every term. Commit for three months or more and the Foundation fee is waived. For ad budgets from 20,000 QAR a month.

  1. Six monthsNo Foundation fee, saves 5,000 QAR30,000 QAR totalPaid in two halves: 15,000 QAR now, 15,000 QAR at the start of month 4.
  2. Three monthsNo Foundation fee, saves 5,000 QAR15,000 QAR totalPaid up front, once.
  3. Month to month5,000 QAR a monthPlus a 5,000 QAR Foundation fee, once. Stop with 30 days' notice.

On every term

  • Tracking set up and a plan, weeks 1–2
  • Paid media managed against measured targets, every month
  • Ad spend paid straight to the platforms, never marked up
  • Minimum ad spend of 20,000 QAR a month; plan on three months or more

One form, a reply within one business day, and a short call to scope it. If I am not the right person, I will say so.

Paid media starts at 20,000 QAR a month in ad spend, paid to the platforms. Under that, I will tell you honestly whether it is worth it yet.
