These terms cover diea.digital: the site, accounts on it, and the digital products sold here. The site is run by me, Mohammed Diea Eddine, in Doha, Qatar. When this page says "I", it means me. Questions: contact@diea.digital.
Client work
Paid media, tracking and other services are agreed in a written proposal or agreement. That document sets the scope, fees and terms of the work, and it wins where it differs from this page.
Digital products
Checklists, playbooks, templates and other files sold here are for your own use and your own company's use. You may use and adapt them for your work and your clients' work. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files themselves.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Whop. After payment the files are in your account under Downloads.
Refunds. Files are delivered right away, so sales are final. If a file does not open or is not what the product page described, email me within 14 days and I will fix it or refund you.
Accounts
Keep your Google account and your inbox to yourself: anyone with them can sign in as you. I can close an account that is used to abuse the site. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
No promised results
Guides, templates and advice describe how I work. Results depend on your market, budget, product and many things outside my control, so I do not promise any particular result from using them.
Liability
The site and the products are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, my total liability for a product is limited to what you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change, the date below changes with it. Purchases already made keep the terms they were made under.
